What is your appointment cancellation policy?

We understand that unplanned situations may arise and you may need to cancel an appointment.  If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. We want to be available for your needs and the needs of other clients. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours (for any reason) will be charged the full amount of the appointment which was originally booked using the card provided at the time of booking.
We greatly appreciate your consideration and understanding of this matter.

 What is your product return policy?

Products may be returned in their original unopened and unused form within 10 days of purchase date.   

Are your products safe for women who are pregnant & breastfeeding? 

Absolutely.  We use organic skincare products carrying the bunny seal. 

Should I shave before receiving A Walk in the Woods (Gentleman's) Facial?  

Although it is not necessary to shave prior to a facial; facial massage may feel more comfortable on the skin rather than going "against the grain" of facial hair.  

Is it okay to wear makeup to my facial appointment?

Yes!  It will be swept away during the first step of your facial treatment.  

May I wear makeup to a lash and/or brow tinting appointment?

You may wear makeup to your appointment.  It will be removed prior to tinting.  For best results, please refrain from wearing waterproof brow color or mascara to your appointment.
