What is your appointment cancellation policy?

We understand that unplanned situations may arise and you may need to cancel an appointment.  If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. We want to be available for your needs and the needs of other clients. Appointments canceled within 48 hours, for any reason, will be charged the full amount of the appointment which was originally booked using the card provided at the time of booking.  This includes not appearing for the appointment for any reason.  Please note that gift certificates and “package” services (previously paid for) are included in this policy and handled in the same manner.  We greatly appreciate your consideration and understanding of this matter.

What happens if I cancel or do not show up for my scheduled appointment if I hold a gift certificate or a “package” of services (previously paid for)?

All scheduled appointments are treated in accordance with our cancellation policy as outlined above.  Should an appointment be canceled within 48 hours or a client does not appear for the scheduled service, for any reason, the gift certificate or scheduled service as part of the “package” is permanently forfeited. 

What is your product return policy?

Products may be returned in their original unopened and unused form within 10 days of purchase date.   

How are gift certificates treated?

Gift certificates are to be treated as “cash”  and are soley the recipient’s responsibility.  Once purchased, gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, nor will they be replaced by Verte Skincare, LLC  if lost, stolen, or for any other reason. 

What if I haven’t used my gift certificate on or before the expiration date?

Please be aware that each gift certificate issued by Verte Skincare, LLC has an expiration date and must be redeemed on or before such date, without exception.

Is it okay to wear makeup to my facial appointment?

Yes!  It will be swept away during the first step of your facial treatment.  

May I wear makeup to a lash and/or brow tinting appointment?

You may wear makeup to your appointment.  It will be removed prior to tinting.  For best results, please refrain from wearing waterproof brow color or mascara to your appointment.  

Should I shave before receiving A Walk in the Woods (Gentleman’s) Facial?

Although it is not necessary to shave prior to a facial; facial massage may feel more comfortable on the skin rather than going “against the grain” of facial hair.  

Are your products safe for women who are pregnant & breastfeeding?

Absolutely.  We use organic skincare products carrying the bunny seal.
